Converge June Meeting Recap: Aligning for the Road Ahead - Gainesville, GA

At Converge, we believe in practicing what we preach—distributed design, cloud-hosted systems, and the ability to work effectively across locations. But every so often, it’s invaluable to step out from behind the screen and come together in person. That’s exactly what we did in June.

Chad deep in thought

Our recent in-person meeting brought the Converge braintrust together to align on the big picture—where we are, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there together. With team members spread across the country, these face-to-face opportunities are rare, but they’re powerful. This was our chance to unplug from the day-to-day and focus on strategic alignment, uninterrupted.

Here’s what we focused on:

  1. Elevating the Customer Experience
Our top priority continues to be delivering an experience that’s not just reliable, but remarkable. From onboarding to ongoing support, we mapped out refinements to ensure every interaction with Converge is seamless, consistent, and beyond reproach.
  2. Empowering Marketing with the Right Resources
Marketing plays a crucial role in connecting customers with the tools and services that can transform their workflows. We evaluated where we’re thriving and where we need to double down—making sure the team has what it needs to communicate our value and scale our message.
  3. Strengthening Internal Team Connections
While we’re pros at remote collaboration, nothing beats the impact of grabbing coffee together or sketching out an idea side-by-side. We carved out time for connection, shared some laughs, and came away with stronger bonds that make our digital collaboration even better.

As we look ahead to the rest of 2025 and into 2026, we’re more aligned than ever. The work we do behind the scenes—whether it’s fine-tuning a quoting system, streamlining a PDM implementation, or rolling out new cloud-hosted tools—is all rooted in one shared mission: helping engineering teams do their best work without IT roadblocks.

Thanks to everyone on the team who helped make the June meeting a success. Let’s keep building forward—together.
