Brad is a powerhouse behind the scenes, playing a pivotal role in Converge Operations refining how we quote, manage, and deliver complex engineering services. As a leader in solutions architecture and internal systems optimization, Brad ensures that Converge’s workflows—from quoting systems to product SKUs—are clear, scalable, and built for growth. If you've ever interacted with a clean, efficient quote or appreciated streamlined backend systems, you’ve likely experienced Brad’s handiwork firsthand. Brad is also our SOLIDWORKS Electrical expert, and he handles all SWE queries.

But Brad’s talents don’t stop at streamlining systems. When he's not solving complex operational challenges at Converge, he’s diving into a very different kind of engineering: motorcycle customization.

Brad has a deep passion for motorcycles—not just riding them, but building practical accessories to make the ride more comfortable/safe. It’s more than a hobby—it’s a creative outlet and mechanical art form that mirrors his day job in many ways: precision, planning, and a whole lot of hands-on problem solving. Whether he's tuning a suspension system or crafting a sleek frame, Brad approaches motorcycles with the same attention to detail and passion for performance that he brings to every Converge initiative.
