New Blood For Converge Means a New Perspective For Our Customers

Bowen and Daniel Lewis

We’re thrilled to welcome Daniel and Bowen Lewis — affectionately known around the office as the Super CAD Bros — to the Converge family. The brothers are joining us as part of an initiative to bring new blood and fresh perspectives into our engineering practice while we mentor two highly talented young engineers as they transition from academia into the industry. Both are currently finishing their respective degrees in engineering, and we couldn’t be more excited to help them put that advanced knowledge into practice.

Older brother Daniel is in his final semester of a Masters degree sequence at Virginia Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on mechatronics and robotics. Bowen is currently finishing his Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech, and looking forward to solving engineering problems in space.

Daniel and Bowen bring the energy, curiosity, and technical foundation you hope to find in the next generation of engineers. Still in engineering degree sequences, they offer up-to-date academic insight and a hunger to learn the pragmatic, real-world skills that make great engineers: robust CAD workflows, design intent, manufacturability thinking, and the teamwork required to deliver projects end-to-end. In return, Converge will give them hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the full lifecycle of engineering in industry.

Bowen and Daniel Lewis

Over the coming months you’ll see the Super CAD Bros working alongside our engineering teams — asking smart questions, contributing fresh ideas, and soaking up practical experience. Their presence helps us expand our own perspective, too: mentoring them is a two-way street that sharpens our practices and keeps our thinking current.

Please join us in welcoming Daniel and Bowen to Converge. We can’t wait to watch these two talented brothers grow into confident, industry-ready engineers — and we’re excited for the new energy and ideas they’ll bring to the team.
