New Blood For Converge Means a New Perspective For Our Customers

Bowen and Daniel Lewis

We’re thrilled to welcome Daniel and Bowen Lewis to the Converge family. Around the office, we already know them as the Super CAD Bros.

They join us as part of our effort to bring fresh talent and new perspectives into our engineering practice. At the same time, we have the opportunity to mentor two promising young engineers as they move from academia into industry. Both are finishing engineering degrees, and we’re excited to help them apply that knowledge in real-world settings.

Daniel, the older brother, is in his final semester of a master’s program in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech. His focus is mechatronics and robotics. Bowen is finishing his bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. He is eager to tackle engineering challenges in space.

Bowen and Danie

Daniel and Bowen bring the energy, curiosity, and technical foundation you want to see in the next generation of engineers. Because they are still completing their degrees, they also bring current academic insight and a strong desire to learn. Just as important, they want to build the practical skills that define great engineers, including strong CAD workflows, design intent, manufacturability thinking, and effective teamwork from start to finish.

In return, Converge will give them hands-on training, close mentorship, and exposure to the full engineering lifecycle in industry.

Over the coming months, you’ll see the Super CAD Bros working alongside our engineering teams. They’ll ask smart questions, contribute fresh ideas, and gain valuable practical experience. At the same time, their presence will help us grow as well. Mentorship is a two-way street, and working with them will sharpen our practices and keep our thinking current.

Please join us in welcoming Daniel and Bowen to Converge. We look forward to seeing these talented brothers grow into confident, industry-ready engineers. We’re also excited for the energy and ideas they’ll bring to the team.
