Accessibility Statement

Converge’s Commitment to Accessibility

Converge Design builds and maintains websites with digital accessibility in mind — for every user, including people with disabilities. We continuously improve our website's user experience and apply current accessibility standards so everyone can access our information and services.

We design for the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Accessibility Standards

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. These guidelines help us serve users with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

We build our website content to be:

  • Perceivable – We present information and interface components in ways all users can perceive
  • Operable – We design navigation and functionality to work across a variety of input methods
  • Understandable – We write clear, predictable content and interface interactions
  • Robust – We test our content to work reliably with assistive technologies, including screen readers

Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

Our team actively improves accessibility across our website. We:

  • Review pages and identify accessibility barriers
  • Improve compatibility with assistive technologies
  • Strengthen keyboard navigation and focus visibility
  • Write descriptive alternative text for images
  • Monitor color contrast and readability

We regularly evaluate our website and treat accessibility as a continuous commitment, not a one-time task.
